Who provides LivePilot
LivePilot is a desktop application provided by Neotecos Software, operated by Alejandro Rodríguez Beltrán. Its postal address for notices is Neotecos Software, P.O. Box No. 1032, 19005 Guadalajara, Spain. It helps you plan live events and send the settings you choose to YouTube, Twitch and Kick. LivePilot does not capture, encode, host or transmit your broadcast video; your separate encoder connects to the streaming platform.
Connecting accounts and publishing
You choose which platform accounts to authorize. LivePilot explains the requested access and asks you to accept its Privacy Policy before connecting each platform. You choose the event information, destination and publication action. Review the channel, title, schedule, visibility and other applicable settings before publishing. A platform may reject or change an operation according to its own rules.
Only connect accounts you are entitled to manage. Keep your device and stream keys secure. Disconnecting suspends the account. To withdraw the platform permission and erase local API data, disconnect it and then use Revoke and delete. Content already hosted by a platform must be managed there.
Password and encrypted vault
LivePilot requires a password to unlock connections protected in its local encrypted vault. Choose a unique password, keep it confidential and protect the device and its backups. The password remains on your device; Neotecos cannot retrieve, reset or disclose it.
You can change the password while the vault is unlocked. If you forget it, you may create a new one using the app’s reset option, but this permanently deletes encrypted platform secrets, connected-account identity and local platform API data. Your locally created events, titles, descriptions, schedules, templates and imported thumbnails remain. A password reset does not revoke platform permissions or delete content hosted by YouTube, Twitch or Kick; use the appropriate platform controls to do that.
Your content and choices
Your locally created event details, templates and imported thumbnails remain yours. LivePilot processes them on your device and sends only the information and assets you choose to the selected platform when you publish. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use that content and for complying with the destination platform's rules, including its rules on visibility, copyright and live content.
Availability and changes
LivePilot's integrations depend on third-party APIs, account permissions, network access and platform availability. Supported fields differ between platforms: for example, Twitch and Kick update an existing channel and do not offer the same scheduling, visibility or thumbnail controls as YouTube in LivePilot. Neotecos may update the application and these terms when its features or platform requirements change. The date above identifies this version.
Privacy and deletion
The LivePilot Privacy Policy explains the platform data accessed, local encryption and protection, disconnection, deletion and how to contact us. Disconnecting, deleting local records or resetting a password does not delete videos, broadcasts or channel settings already hosted by a platform.
